END OF TENANCY clean typically consists of:

1. KITCHENS

        • De-scaling of sinks and taps
        • De-greasing of surfaces and tiles
        • Cleaning and polishing to smear free of all tiles
        • Cleaning inside and outside of cupboards, shelving, drawers (inc. tops of cupboards if exposed)
        • Outsides of all appliances (white goods)
        • Hob clean
        • Extractor clean*
        • Kettles, toasters and microwaves cleaned.

Additional costs apply to cleaning the insides of washing machines, fridges,dishwashers and ovens, see below for prices.

2. BATHROOMS / SHOWERS / TOILETS

        • De-scaling of all porcelain fixtures, baths, showers, basins, toilets, tiles and shower trays.
        • De-scaling of floors in wet rooms.
        • Polishing of shower screens, tiles, baths, basins, taps.

3. OTHER ROOMS

        • Wet cleaning of all surfaces, skirting,sills, radiators, door frames, doors.
        • Cob webbing where necessary.
        • Cleaning of all electrical fixtures such as switches, ceiling lights, wall lights, sockets.
        • Any built in cupboards are cleaned externally and internally.

4. CLEANING APPLICABLE TO ALL ROOMS

        • Vacuuming of floors.
        • Hard floors are mopped
        • Internal window frames and glass
