A: We are very careful – and we have not had a single claim on our insurance in 50 years. However, if something were to get broken, we would look at replacing it or claiming on our public liability insurance.
A: As a general rule, we don’t ask our customers to sign long contracts. If we are taking on a particularly large job over a period of time, we may ask for some security but this will be fair to both parties.
