Q: What sort of cleaning services do you offer?

A: A huge range! From domestic carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning and window cleaning through to big offices, grounds maintenance and other contracts.

Q: Why are you better than other cleaning companies?

A: We genuinely care about the cleaning service we provide. Anyone can say it, but we’ve been delivering a great cleaning service for 50 years (Est 1966). Alpine Cleaning Services have the knowledge, experience, staff and equipment to handle a variety of jobs.

Q: Do you need to come and visit to give me a price?

A: To give a fair and accurate cleaning price we need to visit your home/office. We can provide a close estimate via our contact us form, live chat, email or phone.

Q: Will I need to move my furniture before you clean my carpets?

A: We are happy to assist moving furniture where possible but if we’re honest, it is easier if the floor is clear for us to clean your carpets.

Q: If I have an end of tenancy clean, do you guarantee I get my deposit back?

A: We guarantee that there will be no reason why your deposit will be held back cleaning wise.

Q: How do I pay for my cleaning services?

A: Alpine Cleaning Services accept payment by BACS or cash.

Q: What happens if something gets broken?

A: We are very careful – and we have not had a single claim on our insurance in 50 years. However, if something were to get broken, we would look at replacing it or claiming on our public liability insurance.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract for my cleaning services?

A: As a general rule, we don’t ask our customers to sign long contracts. If we are taking on a particularly large job over a period of time, we may ask for some security but this will be fair to both parties.
